| 摘 要： | 瑞士的大坝安全管理处于国际先进水平。本文首先介绍了瑞士的大坝安全管理体制和综合的大坝安全管理模式。另外,本文介绍了绿色水电认证在瑞士的发展与应用情况。实践证明,瑞士的综合大坝安全管理模式与绿色水电认证制度,在大坝与水电站工程管理中发挥了非常重要的作用,也取得了非常良好的效果。
