| 摘 要： | 在南水北调中线干线工程及调度运行管理基本情况的基础上，重点研究了南水北调中线干线自动化调度系统总体框架设计思路、系统总体需求，分析了5-程调度管理特点及业务流程，阐述了由应用系统、应用支撑平台、基础设施、组织管理、技术保障等5部分组成的系统总体框架。
