摘    要:在全国水利信息化取得重大进展的同时,各级水利单位及业务系统间的互联互通、信息共享、业务协同,成为水利信息化深入发展的迫切要求,数据交换平台是整合和深度利用分散存储数据资源的有效途径。以构建可生长的水利数据交换平台为目标,在分析水利数据交换平台建设需求的基础上,设计水利数据交换平台的总体框架和交换功能、定义工作流程、规范服务的建模。该研究是推进水利数据交换进程的有益探索。

Abstract:With the progress of water resources informationization over the country, the interoperability, information sharing and business collaboration between all levels of water units and systems, have become an urgent requirement for advancing the process of water informationization. Data exchange platform is an effective way to integrate and take advantage of distributed resource of data storage. It aims at constructing scalable exchange platform of water data. Based on the analysis of building demand of exchange platform for water data, it designs general framework and functions of exchange, defines the work flow, and models the standard services. This study is a beneficial exploration for promoting the process of exchanging water data.
