新一代水利卫星通信空间资源介绍

摘    要:由于亚洲2号卫星已达寿命期,水利部进行了卫星转发器接续和主站改造工程,目前新一代水利卫星系统已正式投入使用.新一代水利通信卫星采用亚洲5号和亚太6号通信卫星空间资源,为保证防汛卫星通信网在强降雨条件下可靠工作,增加C波段卫星资源,组成Ku+C双星双波段卫星通信网.详细介绍卫星承载平台的结构和特点、转发器的技术性能和关键参数,并简要介绍有效载荷、监控系统等内容,以期使广大水利工作者了解和利用卫星通信.

Abstract:Because Asian 2 satellite has reached its life cycle, the Ministry of Water Resources carries through satellite transponders succeeded and master station reconstruction project. Now a new generation of water conservancy satellite system has been formally put into use. The new satellite uses the space resources of Asian 5 and Asia-Pacific 6 communication satellites. To ensure flood control satellite communications network to work reliably in the condition of strong rainfall, it adds C band satellite resources to constitute Ku + C binary double band satellite communications network. The article introduces the structure and characteristics of the satellite bearing platform and technical performance and key parameters of satellite transponder in detail. And the article also briefly introduces the content of payload and monitoring system in the hope of water conservancy workers knowing and using satellite communication.
