谈美丽浙南水乡建设——以温州经济开发区治水为例

随着工业化进程的加快,水体污染日趋严重,如何突破以往"污染—治水—污染—治水"的怪圈,建设产城相融、人水和谐的美丽水乡,是当前我国经济社会发展过程中面对的一个普遍问题。本文以温州经济开发区治水为例,介绍了工程治水和日常管理方面的策略,以不断提高科学治水、蓄水、调水、用水的水平。

On Beautiful Southern Zhejiang Water Town Construction--A Case Study of Water Control in Wenzhou Economic Development Zone

Water pollution is gradually worsening with the accelerated process of industrialization .How to break through the previous law of ‘pollution-water control-pollution-water control ’ , and build beautiful water towns which integrate industry with city, and unify human beings with water , belong to a common problem that should be faced in China ’ s economic and social development process at present .In the paper , water control of Wenzhou Economic Development Zone is adopted as an example for introducing strategies in the aspects of project water control and daily management , thereby continuously improving the level of scientific water control , water storage , water diversion and water consumption .
