| 摘 要： | 将管理科学理论与工程建设监理实践相结合，总结出用监理单位的管理体系，监督和指导施工、设计单位正常运作；采用系统控制理论，作好前馈控制、同步控制和反馈控制；采用管理特性理论，掌握监理人员的技术技能、人事技能和概念技能，将工程监理业务的科学性和艺术性相结合，以达到事半功倍的监理效果。

Guide and promote construction supervision profession with theory of management science |

| Abstract: | By combining the theory of management science and the practice of project construction supervision, a summary is given on the management system, supervision and guidance of normal operation of construction and design units. By using the system control theory, the forward control, synchronous control and back control should be well done. By using the management characteristic theory, the technical, personnel and conceptual skills of supervisory personnel should be got held, and the scientificalness and artistry of construction supervision business should be combined so as to get twice the result with half the effort |
