| Abstract: | Project post-evaluation is an important phase in the capital construction procedure.Based on presentation of the items,evaluation indexes and main methods of post-evaluation of water conservancy and hydropower construction projects,the paper discusses the development trend and current issues of the post-evaluation method,focusing on analyzing the basic theory and execution concept of fuzzy and multi-level synthetic evaluation method. |
