摘    要:目前,中国建筑废弃物资源化技术水平在部分行业或局部地域已位于国际领先行列。伴随全球发展中国家与中国内地乡镇及边远地区基础建设的迅猛发展,建筑废弃物资源化带动的"静脉产业"之类别的不断涌现,建筑废弃物资源化工作应从其产出源头即建设、设计、施工三方落实,实施中充分发挥政府、监理的检查监督作用,发挥有关强制性标准及政府优惠扶持性政策作用。建立健全有关建筑废弃物的分类标准等法规。使建筑废弃物的处理"六化",即资源化、减量化、无害化、回收再生规范化、资源产业化、产业规模化真正实现。

Abstract:China has nearly approached the world's leading ranks in the technical level of construction waste resourcelization in some industries or local areas.Along with the rapid development of infrastructure construction in townships and rural areas in China and developing countries,the "venous industry" promoted by construction waste resourcelization is emerging continuously.The resourcelization of construction wastes should be carried out from its output source,i.e.,building,design and construction.During implementation,the inspection and supervision functions of government should be brought into full play and relative mandatory standards and government preferential policies should act.Rules and regulations for classification of construction wastes should be established,so as to really realize waste resourcelization,waste reduction,waste detoxification,standardization of waste recycling,resources industrialization,and industry scalelization in the treatment of construction wastes.
