摘    要:梯级水电站设计洪水计算方法一直是梯级水电站水文设计的难点,多年来在黄河上游梯级电站设计中已总结出一套比较完整的设计洪水计算方法。通过黄河公伯峡水电站设计洪水优化设计过程简要论述了该套方法。并就目前存在的一些观点及疑问给予了较为明确的回答。

Abstract:The calculation method of design flood has been a difficult point in the hydrological design of cascade hydropower stations. It has summarized a set of complete calculation methods in the design of upper stream cascade hydropower stations on the Yellow River for several decades. In light of optimal design of design flood for Gongboxia Hydropower Station, this set of methods are briefly described, and a clearer answer is given to some viewpoints and doubts existed for the time being.
