| 摘 要： | 小湾水电站工程投资规模巨大,建设难度在水电工程中首屈一指,工程地质条件复杂,设计变更多,工程投资控制难度大.在工程建设过程中,监理工程师始终坚持投资控制工作的制度化、程序化、规范化,通过加强合同管理,加强工程变更、索赔控制,严格工程量计量、结算等有力措施,确保了投资控制工作的顺利开展,并取得了较好的效果.
