沙颖河闸坝群水质水量联合调度研究

摘    要:针对淮河闸坝多、河流水污染事件多发、防污防洪矛盾突出的河流环境问题,选择最具典型代表性淮河支流沙颍河为研究对象,对河流水质水量联合调度进行研究。对沙颍河流域进行系统分析,研究确定综合考虑防洪、防污和供水的多目标函数,详细分析现有经验调度规则,确定考虑重点调控闸坝调控能力、水位、下泄流量、水量平衡、水质保护目标约束、水文-水动力-水质关系的约束条件,建立闸坝群水质水量联合调度的数学模型。以历史发生特大污染事故的1994年为实例,进行了模拟调度仿真,验证了水质水量联合调度规律的可行性。

Abstract:The Shaying River, the tributary of and typically represents the Huai River (on which lots of gate dams are built, ineidents of river water pollution occur often and contradiction between trash prevention and flood control is outstanding), is selected as the object to study the joint dispatching of water quality & quantity of the rivers. The catchment of the Shaying River is analyzed systematically to study and finalize the multiple-objective functions in general consideration of flood control, trash prevention and water supply. The existing em- pirical dispatching rules are analyzed in detail to determine the regulating & control ability, water level, discharge flow, water quantity balance, restraining of protective objective of water quality and restraining conditions of relationship between hydrology, hydrodynamics and water quality of the key gate dams so as to establish the mathematical model of the joint dispatching of water quality and quantity in gate dam group. With the heavily serious pollution incident occurred in 1994, for example, the dispatching simulation is performed and feasibility of tire joint dispatching law of water quality and quantity is verified.
