| 摘 要： | 工程索赔是国际水电工程合同管理的重要组成部分之一，是承包商减少风险损失、获取经济收益的重要手段和有效途径。通过介绍新生理论数据仓库(Data warehouse)的基本概念，浅要论述了将数据仓库应用于国际水电工程索赔这一新兴领域中的设想。

| Abstract: | Engineering claim is an important component of international hydroelectric project contract management, as well as the important means and efficient path for contractor to decrease risk loss and obtain economic returns. This article introduces the fundamental concept of newly generated Gross Data warehouse, and describes the conceived application of data warehouse to international hydroelectric project claims. |
