摘    要:修筑在大流量、深厚覆盖层河道上的土石过水围堰,过水期间的抗冲刷及整体稳定是设计的难点。文章对围堰设计思路、关键技术问题及其解决措施进行了全面阐述。功果桥水电站围堰无论是过水围堰高度、覆盖层深度、过水流量,还是贫胶凝粗粒料施工规模均处于中国先进水平。围堰经2 a的过流检验,未发生破坏,实现了预期目标。

Abstract:Design of the overflow rockearth cofferdam built on the river with high discharge and the deep & thick overburden on the ri- verbed shall focus on the scouring protection and integrated stability of the cofferdam during the overflow operation. In the paper, the cofferdam design concept, key technical points and handling measures are fully described. In China, the overflow cofferdam height, overburden depth, overflow discharge and the construction scale of the low-cementitious coarse materials of Gongguoqiao Hydropower Project all are at advanced level. Experienced by 2 a overflow operation, the cofferdam is not failed and the expected objective is reached.
