塔里木河洪水资源化利用初探

针对水资源匮乏的塔里木河流域，提出建设控制性水库拦蓄洪水、整治河道提高输水效率、引洪回灌补充地下水、中小洪水集中输送以满足下游生态需水等的洪水资源利用方向，减轻洪水灾害，增加可利用水资源量。

Probe in utilization of floods of the Tarimu River as water resources

Flood is a natural disaster, which must be tightly controlled, and should be considered as a precious utilizable resource. By adopting engineering and non-engineering measures, disastrous floods can be converted to resources and maximum economic, social and environmental benefits can be obtained with the least investment. In view of the Tarimu River basin with short water resources, the flood resources utilization orientation is put forward, as to build storage reservoirs to retain flood water; to adjust river channel to increase conveyance efficiency; to replenish groundwater by diverting flood water and to transfer medium and small floods in a concentrated way to meet the downstream ecological water demand. In so doing the flood disaster can be relieved and the available water resources can be increased.
