贯流式水轮机飞逸工况下支撑系统的模态分析

摘    要:文章着重分析了飞逸工况下水轮机组支撑系统的受力情况,并应用ANSYS分析软件对甘肃河口水电站相应工况下的支撑系统进行模态分析。分析得出支撑系统飞逸工况下的6阶固有频率,与相关文件提出该项目在飞逸工况下的激振频率相比较,机组不存在发生共振的危险,设计合理。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the stress of support system of turbine unit in runaway condition,and applies ANSYS software to make modal analysis of the support system in the corresponding condition for the Hekou hydropower station in Gansu province.The results show the 6-order natural frequencies of the support system in runaway condition.Comparing to the intense vibration frequency in runaway condition as stated in relative documents,the unit has no risk of resonance and the design is reasonable.
