| 摘 要： | 将国际上最新的全面风险管理(亦称为:企业风险管理)理念引入到大型工程项目管理中,该理念提出了以全过程、全部风险、全方位、全面组织措施为特征,以风险管理环境体系、风险管理目标制度体系、风险管理流程体系、风险管理方法体系为四大支柱,客观、科学、动态、完善的现代大型工程项目的全面风险管理体系。

| Abstract: | A new concept of ERM(enterprise risk management) is introduced herein into the management of major construction project;which presents an objective,scientific,dynamic and perfect overall risk management system for modern major construction project with the feature of the management being made throughout the overall process of the construction for all risks with a complete organization based on the supports of ERM environment system,ERM object system,ERM process system and ERM method system. |
