| 摘 要： | 以1949~2007年间我国干旱及灾害发生的事实为依据,对干旱及灾害的特点及时空分布进行了讨论,并通过对比1980年前后2段时期干旱发生发展的规律进行了我国干旱情势研究。分析了随着我国国民经济的高速发展对水资源的需求的增加,以及气候变暖等因素的影响,我国干旱的变化和发展趋势。
