| 摘 要： | 长期以来,塔里木河流域大规模无序水土开发,导致河道断流、生态恶化,针对造成流域人水失谐的原因,提出了实现人水和谐的指导思想和基本思路及措施,并借助塔里木河流域近期综合治理工程项目,对实现流域人水和谐进行了初步探索和尝试。

| Abstract: | The disorder development of water and land resources on large scale for a long period of time results in water interception in river and deterioration of ecological environment within Tarim River Basin.In allusion to the causations of the inharmonious coexistence between man and water in the basin,the guiding thinking,basic concept and the relative measures to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and water are put forward herein,and then the preliminary researches and efforts to realize the harmonious coexistence concerned are described based on the recent comprehensive harness projects for the river basin as well. |
