摘    要:以对电力市场及水电交易结算方法的分析为基础,研究了梯级水电站竞价策略的流程,建立了市场出清价计算数学模型和优化思路,即提出了梯级水电站群“发电量最大优化模型-系统发电成本最小模型-电站群效益最大模型”的竞价优化运行模式。以云南省硕多岗河梯级水电站为例,对所建模型的可行性、有效性进行了论证。

Abstract:Based on the analysis made on the electric power market and the method of the transaction settlement for hydropower,the market price bidding strategy for the cascade hydropower stations is studied,and then the mathematic model and optimal concept for the calculation of the market clearing price are established,i.e.the price bidding mode for the optimized operation of"optimal model for maximum power output-system model for minimum cost of power generation-model for maximum benefit of hydropower station group"for cascade hydropower station group.Furthermore,both the feasibility and availability of the established model are demonstrated herein by taking the cascade hydropower stations on Shuoduogang River as the actual case.
