大型灯泡贯流式水轮机桨叶调整研究与实践

摘    要:针对洪江水电厂3#灯泡贯流式水轮机桨叶间距和转角偏小的问题,提出了大型灯泡贯流式水轮机桨叶调整的方法。用此法进行的桨叶调整实践表明,该方法不仅能够增加大桨叶开度时(以全开状态为例)的间距、转角及全行程转角范围,而且能够提高它们的均匀程度。

Abstract:For the problem from the less space and rotational angle of the No.3 bulb turbine in Hongjiang Hydropower Plant, a blade adjustment method for the large bulb turbine is proposed herein. The practice of the blade adjustment with this method shows that the method can not only increase the spaces, the rotational angles and the full travelling ranges of rotational angles of the blades under their opening(e.g. 100% opening) conditions, but also improve their uniformity degree.
