摘    要:新孟河延伸拓浚工程为太湖流域重要骨干引排工程。工程实施后加强了长江、洮湖、滆湖、太湖以及区域其他河网水系的互联互通,将对滆湖水文情势、水环境产生较大的影响。本文采用太湖流域一维河网水动力模型与滆湖二维水量水质模型嵌套,对枯水和平水典型年条件下工程建设前后滆湖水动力、水质变化进行模拟研究。结果表明:工程实施后,滆湖水动力条件、水质均有较大程度改善,枯水年尤为如此。但由于长江水源TP、TN水质指标值较高,引入长江水后仍不能满足滆湖水功能区划的要求,建议采取其他措施以进一步降低湖区TP、TN的浓度,以促进滆湖水生态系统健康发展。

Abstract:While SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats)analysis model for enterprise development strategy is applied to make a qualitative analysis on the development environment of the rural drinking water safety, the conventional SWOT model is improved with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and then the weights of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and all the evaluation index-weights are obtained with a quantitative analysis. On the basis of the calculation made on the index-strengths, both the internal and external development environments of the rural drinking water safety are analyzed with the method of SWOT coordinate analysis. Moreover, the route for selecting the development strategy of the rural drinking water and its specific content are preliminarily worked out, which has a stronger practical significance for the healthy development of the rural drinking water safety and the long-term effective operation of the project concerned.
