河流生态功能区划研究进展

在系统总结国内外相关研究进展的基础上，剖析了河流生态功能分区的研究发展历程，从河流生态功能分区理论研究、功能分区的指标体系、管理实践等方面，阐述了现阶段研究的热点问题，并与我国当前国情背景下的几种河流功能区划类型进行比较分析。最后，针对目前我国河流生态功能区划的研究重点较少考虑河流生态的整体性，较偏重河流对人类的服务功能，管理实践缺乏与河流其他自身功能的耦合关系，全国范围内区划划分标准不统一、易产生跨界矛盾等不足，提出在未来研究中应进行更深入的理论探讨、实现水陆一体化管理并考虑河流生态系统的整体性。此外，指出河流多功能综合区划是未来的发展趋势。

Progress of research on river eco-functional zoning

On the basis of systematic summarization of the relevant research progress at home and abroad， the course of the research and development of river eco-functional zoning is analyzed herein， and then current research focuses are expatiated from the aspects such as theoretical study on river eco-functional zoning， index system of the functional zoning， management and practices， etc. and， moreover， an comparative analysis is made on several types of river functional zoning in China under the current state situation. Finally， in accordance with the deficiencies of the research focuses on the river eco-functional zoning in China at present， i.e. less consideration on the river ecological integrity， over-emphasis on the service function of river towards human beings， lack of the coupling relationship between management practice and the other self-functions of river， no unified zoning standards within the whole country and then the boundary-crossing contradictions being prone to be caused etc.， it is suggested that more deep theoretical discussion must be made in the future research， meanwhile， the land-river integrated management must be realized under the consideration of the integrity of the river ecological system. Furthermore， it is pointed out that the river multi-functional integrated zoning is the development trend in the days to come
