早龄期混凝土中锚杆锚固 强度试验研究

摘    要:通过对混凝土中锚杆进行拉拔试验,研究并分析锚杆锚固直径、锚固长度及混凝土龄期与锚固强度的关系。实验结果表明:锚固力随混凝土龄期的增长呈非线性增长趋势,但增长速度逐渐减慢,并趋于稳定;锚杆的锚固力随锚杆直径、锚固长度增加而增大。但在混凝土早龄期锚杆直径对锚固力影响并不明显,应重点考虑混凝土强度增长确定合理的锚固长度。试验结果和理论分析为改善衬砌结构的受力状态、优化拆模时间提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Through the pull-out test on the anchor-bolt in concrete, the relationship among the diameter and length of anchor-bolt, the age of concrete and the anchoring strength is studied and analyzed. The test result shows that the anchoring force presents a trend of non-linear increase along with the increase of the concrete age, and then the increase rate slows down gradually and trends to be stable, while the anchoring force of anchor-bolt increases along with the increases of both the diameter of anchor-bolt and its anchoring length. However, there is no obvious effect from the diameter of anchor-bolt during the early-age of concrete upon the anchoring force, and then the increase of the concrete strength must be considered for determining the reasonable anchoring length. The test result and theoretical analysis provide a reference basis for improving the stress state of lining structure and optimizing the form removal time.
