植生混凝土的透水性能研究

摘    要:通过拌制粒径分别为5~10mm、10~16mm、16~20mm、20~25mm及25~32mm的5组多孔混凝土试件,测定其在制作成植生混凝土各阶段的渗透系数,探求其变化规律。结果表明:在适生材料灌注前,骨料粒径越大,多孔混凝土试件的渗透系数越大,其值在3.56~32.78cm/s间;在灌注后情况恰恰相反,渗透系数在0.11~0.85cm/s间,表明灌注后多孔混凝土透水性能大幅降低,但仍属强透水材料之列;在植物生长初期,根系生长作用可提高植生混凝土的透水能力,但2~3月后趋于稳定;兼顾植物生长、强度及透水性能,单粒级植生混凝土骨料粒径宜在20~25mm之间。

Abstract:Based on five sets of porous concrete specimens made of coarse aggregates with the grain sizes of 5~10 mm, 10~16 mm, 16~20 mm, 20~25 mm and 25~32 mm respectively, the permeability coefficients of them are measured and then their changing laws are studied herein.The study result shows that the larger the grain size is, the higher the permeability coefficients of the specimens are before the filling of the growing-suitable materials (nutrient materials); which are 3.56~32.78 cm/s.Reversely, the values are 0.11~0.85 after the filling, which shows that the perviousness of the porous concrete decreases greatly, however, it also belongs to the high permeable material.The permeable ability of the plant-growing concrete can be increased by the root growing effect at the beginning stage of the plant growing, which goes to be stable after 2~3 months.The study demonstrates that the appropriate grain size of the coarse aggregates for the plant-growing concrete are favourable to be 20~25 mm under the comprehensive consideration of both the plant growing strength and the permeability performance of the concrete concerned.
