基于改进的投影寻踪水利现代化评价模型

摘    要:为科学合理的评价不同地区的水利现代化水平,采用加速遗传算法加快投影寻踪模型中投影指标函数的优化速度,构建了改进的投影寻踪评价模型,并应用于徐州市及其4个区县(市)的水利现代化评价。此综合评价结果与权重法评价结果基本一致,表明该模型在水利现代化评价中切实有效。

Abstract:In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the modernization levels of various regions,the accelerating genetic algorithm is adopted to accelerate the optimizing speed of the index function in the projection pursuit model,and then the improved projection pursuit-based evaluation model is established and applied to the evaluation made on the modernization of water resources development of Xuzhou and its four counties and districts; from which the comprehensive evaluation results are basically coincided with those from the evaluation made by weight method. It is demonstrated that the model is feasible and effective for the evaluation of the modernization of water resources development.
