摘    要:坞式船闸底板中部容易开裂。本文结合前人研究成果,提出了底板设置凸肋、设置齿墙、沉入遮帘板桩以及铺设软垫层等措施防裂,并采用有限元方法对其效果进行了仿真模拟和比较分析。结果表明,这些措施均能减小底板的最大拉应力,建议工程建设中结合具体情况选用各种措施改善底板受力,防止开裂。

Abstract:As the mid-part of the floor for the dock-typed ship-lock is prone to crack,the anti-cracking measures,such as arranging raised rib under the floor,setting key-wall under the side pier,driving covered sheet-pile into the foundations of both the ends of the floor,placing soft cushion layer on the floor,etc. are put forward herein in accordance with the previous relevant research achievements,and then simulation and comparative analysis are made with the finite element method on the effects from the measures. The result shows that the maximum tensile stress on the floor can be surely decreased by all the measures concerned,thus it is suggested that every measure mentioned herein can be chosen for improving the stress status of the floor according to the specific conditions during the construction of the project.
