下垫面变化条件下设计洪水修订方法研究

摘    要:近年来,海河流域下垫面情况发生了显著变化,探讨下垫面变化条件下设计洪水修订问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。经分析,流域内地下水开发、水利工程和平原区灌溉工程对流域产汇流影响很大。从而,土地利用类型的变化不是主要影响因素,水土保持措施的实施自然地改变了流域下垫面状况。在设计洪水的修订过程中可采用系列修订和直接修订两种途径,具体的洪量、洪峰修订可采用常规分析法、水文模型方法和经验公式法进行。

Abstract:As the underlying surface within Haihe River Basin changes obviously in recent years, the research on the modification of the design flood under the change of the underlying surface has an important theoretical and practical significance.The relevant analysis finds that both the development of the groundwater and the constructions of water works and plain irrigation projects in the basin have great impacts on the runoff yield and concentration therein.Therefore, the change of the land-use type is not the main factor of the impact on status of the underlying surface, whereas it is naturally changed by the implement of the soil and water conservation measures concerned.During the modification of the design flood, the methods of the series modification and direct modification can be used, and then the modifications of the specific volume and peak of flood can be made by the methods of the conventional analysis, hydrologic model and empirical formula.
