摘    要:在国内目前最大的引大入秦工程盘道岭隧洞中,应用水溶性聚氨酯复合浆材对隧洞衬砌混凝土裂缝进行了化学灌浆处理,在技术方案制定,浆材和嵌填材料的选择,以及在施工工艺及灌浆效果检查等方面积累了一定的经验,施工实践表明,处理后的裂缝有效地堵住了全部渗水,满足了隧洞长期安全运行的要求。

Abstract:Application of chemical grouting for repairing the cracks in concrete lining of Pandaoling tunnel by using the water soluble polyurethane composite grout will be intreduced in this paper. It includes the studies of technical schemes, grout and embed materials, method of chemical grouting and examining its efficiency. The results show that the cracks in the lining have been better filled with the chemical grouting and can stop up the seepage water. The repairig work can be satisfied the requirement of the owner.
