济平干渠防渗衬砌新结构研究

摘    要:根据我国调水工程大型渠道衬砌建设发展的要求,结合南水北调东线首批开工的济平干渠工程,以确保现浇素混凝土衬砌大块薄板防裂为前提,以多元功能排水设施为关键,进而设计了能适应机械化衬砌施工高效率、连续性强等特点,并同时满足渠道防渗、防冻胀、防扬压、防湿陷等综合目标的防渗衬砌新结构型式.通过施工实践和工程运行的监测结果表明:本渠道衬砌新结构型式完全实现了机械化施工的优质高速效果,防渗等各类功能目标均达到了设计要求.

Abstract:In accordance with the requirements from the construction development of the lining for the large-scale canals in the water transfer projects in China, a new lining structure is designed, in combination with Jiping Main Canal Project of the Eastern Route of the South to North Water Transfer Project, to adapt the mechanized construction of the lining with high efficiency and strong continuity and then to get the comprehensive target of anti-seepage, anti-freezing, uplift-reduction and wetting-collapse resistance etc. by taking the muh-drainage facilities as the key-link, so as to ensure the anti-crack of the large thin slab casted in site with plain concrete for the lining. The results from both the construction practice and the monitoring on the operation of the project show that the mechanized construction with high quality and high speed are fully realized for the construction of the new lining structure of the canal, and then all the functions such as anti-seepage etc. have met the design requirement as well.
