克拉玛依市水资源多维临界调控研究

摘    要:水资源调控是各行政区、各行业之间有效公平分配水资源的重要途径。本文针对克拉玛依市不太合理的用水结构,以克拉玛依市为研究对象,运用多维临界调控技术对克拉玛依市水资源进行行业间配置。研究结果表明:采取污水资源化和增加外流域调水相结合的措施,可使2020年和2030年的缺水量分别降低至2 562. 64×10~4m~3和2 550. 38×10~4m~3,且缺水量较初始方案分别减少21 065. 72×10~4m~3和27 002. 42×10~4m~3;各子系统的有序度经多次调控趋于稳定,2020年和2030年克拉玛依市水资源系统熵逐渐降低并稳定于0. 007 6和0. 007 2,说明水资源各子系统之间的协调程度最优,水资源系统向有序协调的方向发展。研究成果对解决克拉玛依市水资源供需矛盾、促进水资源的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Water resources regulation is an important way to ensure an effective and equitable distribution of water resources among all administrative regions and industries. This paper aims at the unreasonable water use structure in Karamay,takes Karamay as the research object and uses multidimensional critical regulation technology to configure the water resources of Karamay. The results of the study indicate that the combination of wastewater reclamation and the addition of water diversion from external basins can reduce water shortages to 2 562. 64 × 104m3 in 2020 and 2 550. 38 × 104m3 in 2030. Compared with the initial scheme,the amount of water shortage is reduced by 21 065. 72 × 104m3 and 27 002. 42 × 104m3,respectively. The degree of order of various subsystems tends to be stable after multiple adjustments. In 2020 and 2030,the entropy of the water resources system in Karamay gradually decreases and stabilizes at 0. 007 6 and 0. 007 2. It shows that the degree of coordination among water resources subsystems is optimal,and the water resources system develops in an orderly and coordinated manner. The study results are of great significance to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Karamay and promote the sustainable development of water resources.
