基于水质目标可达的入太湖湖体污染物削减方案研究

摘    要:通过对现状污染物入湖通量和湖体水环境容量的计算,提出了基于水质目标可达的高、中、低入太湖湖体污染物削减方案,结合各类污染源削减潜力进行方案可达性分析。分析结果表明:中方案可推荐作为入太湖湖体污染物削减方案,其中2015年CODMn、氨氮、总氮和总磷水质目标分别为4.5 mg/L、0.46 mg/L、2.2 mg/L、0.06 mg/L,污染物削减率分别为15.3%、13.3%、21.4%、29.1%。研究成果为太湖水环境管理规划提供参考依据。

Abstract:Through the calulations made on both the actual flux of the polluants into the lake and the water environment capacity of the lake, the water quality target reachability-based high, medium and low schemes for reduction of polluants into Taihu Lake are proposed herein, and then an analysis on the reachabilities of the schemes is carried out in combination with the reduction potentials of all kinds of the polluants therein. The analysis result indicates that the medium scheme can be recommended as the scheme for the reduction of the polluants into Taihu Lake, in which the water quality targets for the contents of CODMn, NH3-N, TN, TP in 2015 are 4.5 mg/L、0.46 mg/L、2.2 mg/L、0.06 mg/L with the polluant reduction rates of 15.3%、13.3%、21.4%、29.1% respectively. The study result provides a reference for the management and planning of the water environment of Taihu Lake.
