广西电网水电站群在线预报调度预警系统研发

摘    要:以红水河梯级和郁江流域梯级水电站为重点,同时兼顾全流域,开展了广西电网水电站群在线流量预报、短临调度及预警监视系统研发。该系统可为水电区间降雨及梯级发电临时调整提供及时预警和快速应对方案,可有效提高水电洪前预泄增发效益,改善枯水期水电经济运行状态。

Abstract:By taking the cascade hydropower stations along Hongshuihe River and within Yujiang River Basin as the focus,the on-line runoff forecasting,short-term and temporal dispatching and early warning system for the hydropower station group of Guanxi Power Grid is developed. The system can provide timely and early warning and rapid response plan for the rainfalls occurred in-between the relevant hydropower stations and the temporal scheduling of the operations of the cascade hydropower stations concerned,and then effectively enhance the benefit of the increased power generation from the pre-discharging before flood for the hydropower stations and improve the economic operation conditions of the hydropower stations therein during the dry season.
