摘    要:湿喷混凝土由于粉尘少、回弹率低、喷射效率高、质量稳定可靠在地下工程中被广泛应用。但在富水地段,湿喷混凝土的质量和效果往往很难得到保证。通过对大伙房水库输水工程TBM掘进机湿喷混凝土的应用,积累了在富水地段湿喷混凝土的施工技术和经验,现将此施工技术和经验进行总结,以待为今后工程施工提供一些借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The wet shotcrete is widely used in the construction of underground works as its advantages such as less construction dust, lower resilient rate, higher placement efficiency and reliable construction quality. However, the quality and the placing effect of the wet shotcrete can not be guaranteed in the watery section in the most cases. Based on the application of the wet shotcrete to the tunneling with TBM for the water conveyance project of Dahuofang Reservoir, the construction technique and experience of application of wet shotcrete to the watery section for tunneling are achieved, which are introduced herein, so as to provide some references for the other similar projects concerned.
