摘    要:通过建立苏帕河流域水环境管理信息系统,针对苏帕河流域没有主要经济产业、水质较好的状况,侧重于介绍建立改进的BP神经网络模型对流域的水质进行综合评价.而且通过一维水质模型对流域的水质分布进行了模拟,并将其运用于苏帕河流域梯级电站水环境管理.一维水质模拟结果与实测值吻合良好.结合GIS的图形功能对一维水质模拟的结果进行了动态显示,为水利工程及环境管理部门提供了有效、经济的决策信息.

Abstract:Through the establishment of water environment management information system of Supa River basin, an improved BP neural network model made for the comprehensive assessment on the water quality of the basin concerned is presented in accordance with the condition with better water quality and without any principal economic industries therein. Furthermore, the distribution of the water quality in the basin is simulated with an one-dimensional model, which is applied to the water environment management of the cascade hydro-power stations in Supa River basin. The simulation result from the one-dimensional model shows a good coincidence with that from the actual observation in site, and then the result is demonstrated dynamically in combined with the graphic function of GIS(Geography Information System), with which the effective and economic decision-making information is obtained for the administration of water conservancy and environment concerned.
