基于MIKE FLOOD模型的潖江蓄滞洪区调度运用方案研究

摘    要:为保障潖江蓄滞洪区的合理调度运用,保证北江中下游防洪安全,进行了调度方案的研究。基于MIKE FLOOD平台,建立了潖江蓄滞洪区一、二维耦合水动力数学模型,对拟定的五个调度运用方案进行了对比研究,分析了不同方案下石角站洪峰流量及自身淹没范围的情况。对比结果表明,适当延迟蓄滞洪区的启用时机,对削减石角站洪峰流量、减少区内淹没损失的效果更为明显。据此确定"当江口圩水位达到22.2 m时,一次启用蓄滞洪区"的方案最优。该方案下,发生P=0.3%、P=0.5%和P=1%洪水时,石角站洪峰流量可分别削减1 150 m~3/s、1 407 m~3/s和1 017 m~3/s,最大淹没面积为86.1 km~2。相关成果可供潖江蓄滞洪区的管理决策参考,也可为其他蓄滞洪区的调度运用方案研究提供参考。

Abstract:In order to ensure the reasonable operation of Pajiang River Flood Storage and Detention Area and guarantee the safety of the flood control of the mid-lower reach of Beijiang River,the relevant operation scheme is studied herein. Based on the MIKE FLOOD platform,the 1 - D and 2 - D coupling hydrodynamic mathematical models of Pajiang Flood Storage and Detention Area are established,and then the comparative study is made among five drafted operation schemes,from which the flood peak discharge at Shijiao Hydrological Station and the submerged area of itself under different schemes are analyzed,the result from the comparison shows that the effect from appropriate delay of the operation start-time of the flood storage and detention area on reducing both the flood peak discharge at Shijiao Hydrological Station and the flooded loss within the area is more obvious. On the basis of this,it is determined that the scheme of that“fully starting the operation of the whole flood storage and detention area in one time,when the water level at the estuary embankment of the river reaching to 22. 2 m”is most optimal. Under this scheme,if the floods of P = 0. 3% ,P = 0. 5% and P = 1% occur,the flood discharges at Shijiao Hydrological Station can be reduced by 1 150 m3 /s,1 407 m3 /s and 1 017 m3 /s with the maximum submerged area of 86. 1 km2 . The relevant study result can not only provide a reference for the decision-making of the management of Pajiang River Flood Storage and Detention Area,but also can provide a reference for the study of the operation scheme of the other flood storage and detention area.
