湿喷混凝土速凝剂选择及配合比设计方法探讨

摘    要:根据湿喷混凝土速凝剂品种选择试验结果,讨论了速凝剂凝结时间试验结果的适用性,并提出了永久工程湿喷混凝土应优先选用无碱速凝剂的建议。根据基准混凝土强度与现场大板强度试验结果,在湿喷混凝土配制强度中引入了基准混凝土与大板强度差的概念,完善了喷射混凝土配合比设计方法。

Abstract:Based on the selection of the accelerating agents for the wet shotcrete,the applicability of the setting time for the accelerating agents got from the tests concerned are discussed herein,from which a proposal is put forward that the alkali-free accelerating agent is suggested to be preferentially applied to the wet shotcrete for the permanent project.In accordance with the experiment made on both the basic strength of the concrete and the strength of large specimen in-situ,the concept of strength difference between the basic concrete and the large in-situ specimen is introduced into the mix design of the strength for the wet shotcrete,and then the method for the mix design is further perfected as well.
