混凝土坝全过程多场耦合仿真分析

摘    要:高坝的工作性态与施工及运行过程密切相关,受到自基础开挖、大坝浇筑、蓄水运行过程中的温度场、渗流场、应力场的不断变化和耦合作用影响。本文介绍了混凝土坝三场耦合作用全过程仿真分析方法,可以模拟基础开挖、大坝浇筑、混凝土水化发热、混凝土硬化、温度控制、接缝灌浆、分期蓄水、环境温度变化等8个过程,开发了温度、渗流、应力三场耦合全过程仿真分析软件SAPTIS。针对小湾、溪洛渡、锦屏等特高坝进行的研究分析表明,采用全过程多场耦合分析方法,可以很好地吻合大坝温度变化、变形过程和应力状态,解释温度回升、横缝开合、库盘下沉等现象和大坝的变形时空特性,预测大坝倒悬超标、局部开裂等风险,为大坝的高质量建设和安全运行提供技术支持。

Abstract:The working performance of high dam is closely related to the construction and operation process. It is affected by the changes and the coupling of the temperature, seepage and stress field from the foundation excavation, concrete placement to the operation. In this study, the method of multi-field coupling simulation analysis of concrete dams is introduced. By this method, eight processes can be simulated including foundation excavation, concrete placement, hydration heating and hardening of concrete, temperature controlling, joint grouting, water impounding by stages and environment changing. And the software named SAPTIS for the coupling simulation analysis of the temperature, seepage and stress field is developed. The simulation of Xiaowan, Xiluodu, and Jinping arch dams show that using this method, the results can coincide well with the temperature changes, the deformation process, the stress state and the characteristics of deformation distribution in time and space, explain these phenomena: temperature rising after grouting, the opening and closing of transverse joints, and the sinking of reservoir basin, forecast the risks of overhang exceeding the standard and local cracking of the dam and provide technology support for the construction of high quality and the safe operation.
