昭通渔洞水库饮用水源地保护措施探讨

本文从水资源、水环境、水生态现状及现阶段存在的问题等方面对昭通渔洞水库饮用水源地进行分析,提出实施水量保证、水质合格、生态恢复、监测监控等工程措施,落实责任、立法保护等非工程措施,为渔洞水库饮用水水源地保护与管理工作提供了技术支撑。

Discussion on protection measures of drinking water sources in Zhaotong Yudong Reservoir

This paper analyzes the drinking water source of Yudong Reservoir in Zhaotong from the aspects of water resources, water environment, current situation of water ecology and existing problems at this stage, and puts forward engineering measures such as water quantity assurance, qualified water quality, ecological restoration, monitoring and control, and non-engineering measures such as responsibility and legislative protection, so as to provide technical support for the protection and management of drinking water source of Yudong Reservoir.
