摘    要:北三河水系位于海河流域北部。经过近 30年运用 ,因超高不足、河道淤积、高秆作物阻水等原因 ,行洪能力大大降低 ,致使北三河水系防洪标准降低。现针对北三河中下游河道现状行洪能力进行分析。

Abstract:The Beisan river system is in the north of the drainage of the Haihe river,including the Beiyun river,Chaobai river and Jiyun river,with a tolal drainage area of 35 808 km 2.Having been used for about 30 years,the ability of the stream course in storing flood water has greatly decreased.Because of the insufficient free border,deposit in the stream course and water blocking of the hight barrel crops,which results in the present low level standard of flood prevetion. The analysis of this article will be carried out about the present ability and the lowlands in storing flood water.
