借鉴巴西电力市场优化模型促进中国电力市场建设

研究水电为主的巴西电力市场优化模型原理及主要特点,其能源结构、电网架构以及社会经济发展与我国有许多不同点,但对国内电力市场建设还是有可借鉴的经验。一是建设统一有序的电力市场,实现更大范围资源优化配置;二是对于水电富集区域统筹考虑各类型能源、各时空能源的协调优化;三是加强信息公开,进一步促进市场透明。

Optimization Models for Power Market of Brazil and the Reference to the Power Market Construction in China

Several optimization models for the power market of Brazil which consists largely of hydropower are discussed.Although its energy composition,power grid structure and social and economic development situations are different from those of China,but there are still some valuable experiences for the power market construction in China.Firstly,a unified and orderly power market should be constructed to realize an optimal allocation of resources in a wider range.Secondly,an optimized temporal and spatial coordination of various types of energy should be realized in hydropower enrichment areas.Lastly,information disclosure should be emphasized to further promote the market transparency.
