大源渡船闸人字门振动原因与技术处理

摘    要:针对湘江大源渡船闸人字门振动现象,从水流条件、闸门运行操作、闸门安装、水头、气温及闸门结构、止水结构设计等方面进行了分析,根据分析资料,对下闸首人字门提出了技术改造措施。改造后,门体横向抗扭刚度提高了约3倍,门体竖向刚度提高约2倍,振动问题得到控制,确保了闸门的安全运行。

Abstract:Possible ca Avionic uses for the vibration phenomenon of miter gate in Dayuandu ship lock in Xiangjiang river are analyzed, including the water flow condition , gate operation, gate installation, water head, temperature, gate struc-ture and the design of waterproof structure , etc.According to the analysis , technical modification measures of the miter gate in downstream lockhead are proposed .After the modification , the lateral torsional stiffness of the gate body increa-ses about fourfold , and the vertical stiffness increases about threefold .Consequently , the vibration problem is well con-trolled and the safe operation of the gate is ensured .
