摘    要:鉴于水布垭电厂机组频繁穿越振动区,会引起机组零部件金属和焊缝中疲劳破坏区的形成和扩大,从而使之发生裂纹,甚至损坏而报废等。为避免水布垭电厂频繁穿越振动区,引起机组损坏,分析了引起机组穿越振动区的原因,提出了解决措施,使机组运行在最优工况下。

Abstract:In the operation of generator units in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant, a significant increasing of the vibration zone crossing is observed, which could induce the generation and enlargement of the fatigue failure zones in metal parts and weld joints and cause cracking and even breakdown of the units.To prevent the frequent vibration zone crossing and induced breakdown of the units, possible causes of this problem are analyzed.Treatment measures are proposed correspondingly to ensure the units operate in an optimal working condition.
