| 摘 要： | 简要论述了开发利用清洁能源、可再生能源和优质电源的意义，这些能源在我国的蕴藏量及开发现状。我国今后能源建设的方针是继续大力布局与开发水电能源，继续优化火电能源结构，有序地发展核电，科学地发展风力发电和太阳能发电，并积极探索其他新型能源。

| Abstract: | The meaning on developing clean energy,renewable energy and high-quality electric energy are explained,the potential and development situation of the energy resources in China are described.The China's guiding principle on energy resources development from now on is: continuing hydropower development considerably;speeding up themal power structural optimization and disposition;building nuclear power orderly;developing wind power and solar power scientifically;exploring other new energy resources positively. |
