| 摘 要： | 随着高频信号的广泛应用,PCB传输线中信号的串扰问题越来越明显,利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)分析PCB传输线的串扰问题,并对相应的抑制方法进行验证,证明其有效性,所得的数据和结论对实际的PCB设计以及相关的工程实现具有实际意义。

| Abstract: | The crosstalk of PCB transmission line have been investigated by many authors.In this paper,a direct time-domain finite difference method is used to analyze the characteristics of PCB transmission line and the mothed to reduce the crosstalk between PCB transmission line were validated.The data and conclusions of this paper is useful for the PCB design and other correlated works. |
