摘    要:介绍了耐热钢的发展历史及其分类,并以国内热电厂、石化行业等常用的珠光体耐热钢12CrlMoV为例,分析了其高温服役过程中的组织转变和性能弱化原因。将目前在役的12Cr1MoV钢的判废标准进行了归纳和总结,对压力管道的失效分析、寿命评估以及预防重大安全事故具有重要的实践意义。

Abstract:The development and classification of heat - resistant steels are introduced.Through a case study on perlite steel 12Cr1MoV widely used in thermal power plants and petrochemical industry,the causes of microstructure transformation and performance deterioration in high - temperature service are analyzed.The discard standards for 12Cr1MoV steel in service are summarized.These are very important for the failure analysis of pressure pipelines,service life evaluation and prevention of large safety accidents.
