下游水位下降对白石窑水利枢纽泄洪消能影响试验研究

摘    要:针对白石窑水利枢纽下游水位降低可能影响水闸泄洪消能的问题,分下游河床下切前、后两种情况,选取典型工况进行了断面模型试验研究。试验表明,枢纽下游水位降低基本不会改变水闸下泄水流原有消能流态,下泄水流的主要消能条件变化不明显。但局开控泄、电站甩负荷工况及流量低于500m3/s时,下游水位下降导致下游河床流速增加且水深较小,可能对河床造成冲刷,建议适当增加开启孔数,减小下泄单宽流量,确保泄洪安全。

Abstract:The typical section of the river are chosen and carried on model test research based on downstream river before cut and after cut,for Baishiyao Water Control downstream water level reducing maybe impact sluice gate energy dissipation;Tests showed that lowering of water level downstream does not change the origi-nal discharge flow energy dissipation of sluice ,the main energy dissipation conditions of downstream flow changed obviously.But partly discharge flow,power load shedding and flow conditions below the 500m3/s,the downstream water level decline resulting in downstream river flow rate increases and the water depth is small , it may cause erosion of the riverbed,recommend appropriate to increase the number of open gates,reducing discharged single wide flow,ensure flood safety.
