| Abstract: | The paper discusses some relevant problems regarding the investigation and monitor of the wasterwater- draining outlets into rivers from some aspects：investigation contents,investigation methods,assessment method and data compilation. To execute the job of investigating the wastewater-draining outlets into river can grasp the quantity of wastewater effluent into river and its drain rule and can provide the basic information for regulating drain outlet and for protecting and managing water resources. It has important sense for strengthening management of water function region. |
