The hydrostatic pressure test is an important checkpoint to inspect pipe project’s construction quality.In order to check the construction quality of PCCP in the water diversion main line pipe,for Yumenkou Eastern Extension Project,a test scheme is selected.This project’s diameter of PCCP is 2000 mm.The test reach is located from NO.2 bulkhead valve to bleeder of Muzam Irrigation District,its length is 958.397m.This paper details the test principle,technical demand,technical basis to select test reach,preparation work of test,and concrete operation procedure of test.
