汾河二库碾压混凝土筑坝技术

摘    要:汾河二库大坝采用全断面碾压混凝土筑坝技术,在我国北方地区还是首次。碾压混凝土配合比设计,具有低水泥用量,低VC值,大石粉含量较多,采用粒径偏小的粗骨料。从而提高了混凝土的抗渗、抗分离性和可碾性,为以后推广三级配碾压混凝土防渗筑坝技术积累了经验。

Abstract:It is the first time in the north of china to adopt the technology of roller compacted concrete on the full face of Fenhe Reservoir II. The design of roller compacted concrete mix proportion has the characteristic of low concrete consumption, low VC value etc and using the coarse concrete aggregate with smaller grain size, all of these measures can improve the impermeability, anti-abstraction and roller compaction ability of concrete, and accumulate the technology experiences for the future generalization of construction dam technology of 3 graded RCC.
