| Abstract: | In order that the elevation of a point which is located outside the tunnel can exactly be communicated to another point which is located the tunnel through a shaft,the distance meter has been used for measuring the shaft's length(shown in figure).The procedure of the survey and the survey accuracy are introduced in this paper. |
